Java Developer
You can't touch a piece of code, but you can touch what you create with us. Our Java programmer connects software and hardware. It's how the components of our products talk to each other. When it works, we can get green energy to charge electric cars anywhere, take care of the safety of traction batteries, or recycle discarded batteries from electric cars in a smart way.
It'll be up to you:
- Getting in touch with the developers, getting to know the mechanical part and finding out what we need to control, which parameters to monitor or what to display on the UI screen
- Design the application from A to Z, including security notifications, error conditions...
- Program the application and be there from start to handover. You will participate in testing and client meetings.
What kind of technology are you going to use:
- JAVA, Kotlin
- Spring
- Cloud (AWS,...),Docker
- GIT
- MQTT advantage
- Python an advantage
What we need from you:
- Ability to see the software solution as a whole
- Programming experience of at least 2 years
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- AJ at min B1 level
- Independence - the software will stand on its own
What can you expect:
- Working in a small development team (currently 2 colleagues), but we are growing
- Free hands and room for creativity - we won't dictate what to do and how to do it
- You will mainly be programming, but you need to be able to communicate (we don't have a scrum master 😊)
- Quiet offices in Čejetice near Mladá Boleslav (parking right in front of the house)
- Homeoffice - without a couple of hours directly at the product, it won't work

We will meet you right here in our Toy Shop to talk about you and the position you are applying for over coffee. If we sit down, in the second round we will go directly to your future workplace where you will be able to look around and meet your future colleagues.
