Lighting Development Electronics Engineer

How about joining a team that is pushing the boundaries of lighting technology? We are looking for an electronics engineer who wants to take an active role in product development, specification and implementation in collaboration with group partners and suppliers. You will work on specific projects where you will be exposed to new technologies and have the opportunity to see their direct application.

What you're gonna do:

  • You will be responsible for a specific lighting module and will test it from the customer's perspective.
  • Perform driving and static tests
  • Collaborate on the development and ensure reliability of components
  • Occasional business trips within the Czech Republic and abroad
  • Work directly with the latest car models

What you're gonna use: 

  • MS Office, email, telephone
  • ODIS self-diagnostics
  • Occasionally, voltmeters, ammeters, and other measuring instruments
  • PWM

What we need:

  • Secondary school with electrical engineering education
  • Decree as an advantage
  • You know how to use ODIS, CANoe, you are familiar with control units, you can flash them.
  • English at B1 level
  • Can you read electrical schematics
  • Good communication skills
  • Do you know what a transistor, diode, capacitor or current/voltage regulation is?
  • If the CAN buses tell you anything, it's an advantage.

We are currently building a storage system from second-life batteries for a client.We are delivering it turnkey, including the software.

1. Get in touch with the developers, get to know the mechanical part and find out what we need to control, what parameters to monitor or what to display on the UI screen

2. Design the application from A to Z, including security notifications,error conditions...

3. Program the application and be with the project from start to handover.You will participate in testing and client meetings. The application will literally be "your baby".
