Job detail

Marketing Specialist - Mid-Level

Do you enjoy technology that makes a difference? Do you want to help promote hydrogen systems and cutting-edge development that pushes the boundaries of modern mobility? We’re a purely Czech tech company based in Jablonec nad Nisou and Mladá Boleslav. We develop our own hydrogen solutions and provide custom engineering services for our partners in the automotive industry. For us, marketing isn’t about a large team or turnkey campaigns. It’s more about having someone who keeps everything together—from events and content to the materials in our folders. You’ll work with people across the company who often have different priorities, and without a proactive approach, many things would remain unfinished. A large part of the work involves technical topics that you’ll need to understand and translate into language that non-technical staff can understand. If you thrive in a role where you bring order to things and see the details through, then this is the perfect fit for you.

What will your responsibilities be here?

  • Marketing Content: You will assign tasks to external contributors and work with them to create content that is understandable to people outside the field while also being factually accurate.
  • System: An important part of the role is bringing order to things. You’ll set up a system for storing materials and continuously refine it so that anyone in the company can easily navigate it.
  • Company Presentation: This includes the website, blog, presentations, and photos—all of which need to be updated regularly.
  • Content Production: You’ll commission work from external graphic designers, photographers, videographers, or editors. You’ll review their work and ensure it aligns with our brand.
  • Sales Support: You'll prepare product sheets for new technologies and help sales representatives with professional presentations and events.

What do we need from you?

  • Education: You have a high school or college degree in marketing or business. But a degree in a technical field is also fine, as long as you enjoy and are interested in marketing.
  • Experience: You've already gained some experience in marketing, ideally at a tech company or in an industry where solutions—not bread rolls—are sold.
  • Familiarity with technical topics: When it comes to content and social media, you’ll be gathering information from within the company—often from people working on technical projects—so you’ll need to quickly get up to speed on what they’re talking about. You can’t do this job without that.
  • Ability to follow through: You can organize your work, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.
  • Tools: You’re comfortable working in Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut. If you’re familiar with online marketing and analytics, that’s a big plus.
  • Languages and a flair for writing: You have an excellent command of Czech and can write and speak English with ease.
  • Communication and Patience: You’re not afraid to stand up for your opinion, but you also have the patience to explain to colleagues who have different priorities why a high-quality photo is important for a LinkedIn post.

Where will you be working?

  • Your main area of operation will be Mladá Boleslav and Jablonec nad Nisou. However, we also have branches in Jihlava and, more recently, in Kopřivnice. You’ll travel there from time to time.
  • Once you've settled in, we can discuss your work schedule 😊

Why Choose Us?

  • The work is varied, combining organization, communication, and content, and you'll have the opportunity to gradually tailor it to suit your needs.
  • You'll have the opportunity to influence how our marketing works, and you'll see the concrete results of your work.
  • Things can change fairly quickly here, so if something makes sense, there's no need for a complicated approval process.
