Honza, HR Manager

He studied psychosocial studies at Charles University in Prague. After his studies, he worked in the socio-legal sphere and lived for several years in Argentina. After his return, he started to work in the field of HR, which absorbed him. He has several years of experience in a recruitment agency, where he was mainly involved in recruiting for technical positions for manufacturing companies. At DEVINN, he is responsible for the running of the HR department in addition to recruitment. In his free time he enjoys playing badminton, tennis and hiking in the mountains.

Lubos, CEO

He has a degree in electrical engineering and in 2013 he sold his stake in a large TIER1 automotive manufacturing company where he was Technical Director and decided to follow the path of development and innovation. He has always built his business on people, a great team and mutual trust. He spends his free time with his family, working out and playing sports (running, swimming, cycling). He has a soft spot for old technology and would rather fix anything broken than throw it away.

Jana, Head of CEO Office

She studied at the Faculty of Science at Charles University. While at school, she was already involved in subsidized projects, but she lacked contact with people, so she returned after years from Prague to Mladá Boleslav to work at DEVINN, where she has been managing subsidy projects for the past five years. Now she also manages the office of the company's managing director. And as Luboš says, she is his right and left hand. She also met her husband Martin at DEVINN. She has a dog, Ted, practices yoga, goes to badminton and the theatre, and likes to cook.

Martin, Development Engineer

He studied diagnostics at the College of Applied Sciences in Rychnov, but he always wanted to be there when cars were being developed. That's why he enrolled in DEVINN Academy, where he received a two-month course in CATIA design, as well as other technical and soft skills courses. At DEVINN, he worked his way up from his original trainee position to project coordinator for the development of the control units and now manages a team of engineers. At DEVINN he also met his wife Jana, with whom he enjoys travelling in his spare time. He enjoys hiking and cycling. And to make sure he doesn't fall out of practice, he repairs and renovates cars at home in his garage on weekends and evenings.
