The Czech company DEVINN has introduced a mobile charger for electric vehicles. A remotely operated vehicle will drive up to a discharged battery car and refill it with energy produced on site from hydrogen.
Hydrogen for cars, music, houses... Pure genius. Signed on everything Luboš Hajský and his people from the Czech company DEVINN create - their hydrogen solutions bring the world original, concrete, realistic ways to use hydrogen as clean energy in many areas of human life.
The summer months traditionally bring a slightly different pace of work for us at DEVINN, as we power music festivals and other events with our H2BASE hydrogen generator. The collaboration with Rock for People is traditionally the most intense in its scope, which makes us all the more honored that it is becoming a tradition.
Neither the Czech nor the European energy sector is experiencing easy times - after a sharp rise in energy prices last year, the issue of how to reduce dependence on imported natural gas is being addressed. There are not many short-term solutions, but in the long term the energy crisis is only accelerating the move towards renewables.
Hydrogen is often wrongly labelled as a direct competitor of battery drives, but in most cases it is exactly the opposite - it can perfectly complement and support electromobility. Luboš Hajský wrote about the position of hydrogen as a fuel in Hospodářské noviny.
About five years ago, developers from the Jablonec company Devinn were enthusiastic about hydrogen engines. While countries such as Germany and Italy had already invested in such drives at that time, several experts in the Czech Republic were talking about hydrogen cars.
