DEVELOPMENT CENTRE - DEVINN

The aim of the project is to retrofit the company's facilities to expand the development of new types of lights. The project will acquire technology and software to facilitate the development and testing of headlights.

The company DEVINN, s.r.o., implements the project DEVELOPMENT CENTRE - DEVINN, the aim of which is to retrofit the company's facilities to expand the development of new types of lights. Within the project, technology and software will be acquired to facilitate the development and testing of headlights. The result should be a new centre that will provide a unique design and creation process for complex units in all phases of development and testing. This project is supported by funding from the European Union (OP PIK).

Within the framework of the DEVELOPMENT CENTRE - DEVINN project, the R&D centre was established, consisting of the acquisition of equipment and other facilities for the centre.

The research infrastructure can be accessed by other users as a commercial service.

Thanks to the equipment, the following types of tests can be performed:

  • Climatic tests where the installation of a headlamp in a car must be simulated
  • Tests according to PV1200
  • Tests according to PV3929
  • Tests according to PV3930
  • Temperature tests according to TL956
  • Climatic tests where different solar radiation intensities need to be simulated
  • 3D construction in VW Group standards (parts, assemblies, verification of builds)
  • Conversions between 3D data formats (Catia, Solidworks)
  • Printing of parts according to 3D data for verification of function, use or construction
  • CAN bus analysis and simulation
  • Command decomposition, end device simulation, communication logging on the bus
  • Measurement of electrical and thermal conditions in electrical circuits
  • Thermal design detection, measurements in electrical equipment recovery and diagnostics
  • Weighing parts, assemblies
  • Weighing liquids for mass ratios
  • Counting small parts by weight of a known sample
