Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Design
Mechanical design in the field of electrical engineering is the basis of our work. We will completely solve your requirement for the functional unit of a part or assembly - including firmware and software development. If required, we will also support these systems with applications.
OUR PORTFOLIO INCLUDES
Development of electronics
We will design a functional circuit diagram, and then a circuit board based on it. We will assemble, animate and deliver the functional unit. Depending on the order, we are able to deliver the final product including EMC measurements for compliance with EU standards.
Mechanical design
We will design a solution concept and create a 3D data model of the whole. According to the nature, we will perform simulations and necessary calculations. An integral part is the creation of drawings and technical documentation.
Firmware and software development
For more complex systems with microprocessors, we create firmware and software to ensure the complex functioning of the system (including, for example, FW updates via WiFi). We also support systems with client-server architecture applications.
Production, drawing and technical documentation
Documentation is an integral part of the individual systems and subsystems. Its role is indisputable and crucial in the case of system interfaces for further integration into higher design units. We create it for both structural and electronic units, including interface definitions.
Validation of the whole
We physically test the manufactured prototype according to the customer's requirements in our own accredited testing laboratory. You do not have to deal with the capacities of external testing laboratories.

Watchdog traction battery monitoring system
Watchdog is a monitoring system for traction batteries that provides online information on battery status, i.e. undercharge, temperature, function. The use is especially in warehouses and production. In on-line mode, it reports any malfunction for intervention by specialist units. This prevents damage caused by battery burning or destruction by undercharging. The system monitors 24/7.

Bread Board
For our customer, we have developed a test condition that simulates the operation of all the electronic components of a car. The test stand consists of a frame and boxes for the components and wiring harnesses with connectors for connecting the components. Each unit is equipped with a measurement and communication module.
H2BASE mobile hydrogen energy generator
In 2020, we launched a unique device - an electricity and heat generator that uses hydrogen instead of fossil fuels. Thanks to hydrogen propulsion, it is a completely emission-free, clean technology, with only distilled water as waste. H2BASE finds its application as an alternative to diesel generators or for recharging electric vehicles.

What do we work with?
Hardware
Our hardware equipment includes a prototype workshop equipped for vehicle conversions, a fiber laser cutting machine, electrical measuring instruments, test benches and DEWESoft and ALMEMO data loggers.
Software
Most of our work is done in software such as CATIA V5, ProEngineer/Creo, SolidWorks, LabView, Eagle, Visual Basic, Vector CANoe or vehicle diagnostics ODIS and VAS.
Accredited testing laboratory
The entire development process requires intensive testing of various stress situations. For us, this testing is easier thanks to our own accredited testing laboratory a few metres from the development site.
