As a key member of the team and junior team leader, you will work directly under the direction of the Race Car Construction Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the work of a team of 20-30 people, ensuring communication between the technical and logistics departments and organising the testing phases of the cars.
- Daily communication with warehouse, customers, technicians and mechanics.
- Ensuring functional collaboration between people on the shop floor and in the office (development, warehouse, logistics)
- You will be a key interpreter of information for all parties involved in the project.
- Onboarding of new colleagues to the workshop team, participation in interviews
- Preparing and managing project meetings and preparing reports for management.
- Participation in business travel, including possible weekend testing, rallies and support for marketing events.
- You must have a positive attitude towards technology and an interest in motorsport
- The ideal candidate may be an auto mechanic with a background in communication and organizational skills
- You're into organizational stuff. You enjoy communicating with different types of people. You are able to find your way to everyone.
- You shouldn't mind going away for a weekend or a week for tests
- You will need at least B1 level English.
- You must have a licence with at least Sk. B
