Sales Engineer

We love hydrogen. We understand it. So do traction batteries and their use when they no longer have a place in the car. We are developers and integrators who play in the first league in the field of hydrogen technology in the Czech Republic. We are looking for customers who share our passion for developing new solutions in technology. We'll need your help in this regard. If you're a techie who has found yourself in sales and is looking for unique products to sell, you're in the right place. You're not looking for quick product sales by the hundreds, but meaningful work on orders that often start at the table during a long negotiation and only end when a new product sees the light of day. For us, business is about finding innovative solutions - not chasing volume.

What you're gonna do:

  • Actively reach out to new customers in the Czech Republic and abroad and call/write even to companies where no one knows you. You won't be on your own. For larger projects, our business developer will help you with his experience and contacts.
  • Finalizing the business case, arranging appointments with customers.
  • We often build our products to order, H2BASE is not a bun on the shop floor. Customers need to be assured that the higher investment will make sense. The decision-making process for offers can take several months, so it's important not to lose the thread in communication. Our head of development can help you with the technology.
  • Creation of customized offers and presentations. You will have an in-house marketer at your disposal.
  • You will learn about our market segments and get to know our products, which you will actively sell.
  • Communicate with marketing, engineers, customers.
  • Active work with our CRM (Raynet).

‍Whatwe need:

  • A high school diploma / university degree in a technical field will help you to perceive our products.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You must enjoy technology. You are not afraid of the unknown and are willing to learn about things you probably haven't come into contact with before (hydrogen technology, battery systems, fuel cells, etc.).
  • You have a background in power/electrical/mechanical engineering. You have knowledge of physical units in conjunction with power engineering.
  • You have a command of the English language, both written and spoken. For now, you'll be focusing on our region. But it doesn't stop there.
  • Czech or Slovak at native speaker level.
  • Are you interested in hydrogen, e-mobility, fuel cells, electrolyzers...
  • You enjoy dealing/negotiating with people. You are correct, careful, conscientious, reliable.
  • It's going to be a lot about travel. You should be OK with that.
  • You're an accomplished driver, ideally with a BE group (but even a "B" will do).

1. Get in touch with the developers, get to know the mechanical part and find out what we need to control, what parameters to monitor or what to display on the UI screen

2. Design the application from A to Z, including security notifications,error conditions...

3. Program the application and be with the project from start to handover.You will participate in testing and client meetings. The application will literally be "your baby".
