Suspension Team Leader-WRC2 Rally

Join us in shaping the future of rallying at the country's largest OEM manufacturer of rally specials. The chassis components you'll develop dominate gravel, tarmac and snow around the world. What you're gonna do:

  • You will lead a team of 6 engineers who specialise in developing suspension components for the most successful car in the WRC2 Rally category
  • Lead the development of innovative chassis solutions
  • Optimise the performance of shock absorbers, wheels, struts, steering and braking systems
  • Distribute tasks among your colleagues, project manage them and be the guarantor that individual components are developed to the required quality
  • Work perfectly with Time Management, because time plays a major role in motorsport
  • Coordinate projects from conception to testing on race tracks (expect to travel to test/rally occasionally)
  • Mentor team members and support their professional growth

What we need:

  • Technical leader with a passion for motorsport and rally
  • Demonstrable project management and team leadership skills
  • Ideally, you should have experience from a racing team, a Formula Student project or a company that specialises in manufacturing or developing chassis parts.
  • You should have an idea of the Rally world. What makes it specific, how it works on the races, etc.
  • Be able to speak English fluently.
  • Knowledge of CATIA
  • University technical education a must

We are currently building a storage system from second-life batteries for a client.We are delivering it turnkey, including the software.

1. Get in touch with the developers, get to know the mechanical part and find out what we need to control, what parameters to monitor or what to display on the UI screen

2. Design the application from A to Z, including security notifications,error conditions...

3. Program the application and be with the project from start to handover.You will participate in testing and client meetings. The application will literally be "your baby".
