Are you looking for an opportunity where you will work with different marketing tools in a technology company while having the space to come up with your own ideas and implement them? We are a purely Czech HI-TECH company focused on hydrogen technology and custom development in the automotive sector. We have a fairly clear marketing vision and basic direction. Now we need someone to help us implement our plans and take our corporate communication to the next level. What will you be in charge of?

  • Create and implement a marketing plan in relation to company objectives.
  • To be in charge of the marketing budget - its design, allocation and oversight of spending.
  • Plan and run campaigns, evaluate their success and suggest optimizations.
  • Participate in PR activities with the support of management and increase the company's visibility in the media.
  • Maintain the website on the Webflow platform - primarily creating and managing content including blog posts.
  • Manage social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) - find interesting topics and create content that engages.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to create video, audio and graphic materials - create assignments, check deliverables, oversee brand consistency.
  • Prepare product materials for our existing and newly developed products.
  • Analyse the results of marketing activities using Google Analytics.
  • Support the sales team - assist with the preparation of presentations, sales events and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the HR department on company events, recruitment campaigns and visuals.
  • Experience in moderating events or the courage to take on this role is an advantage.

Your main workplace will be Mladá Boleslav, but you will also occasionally visit our headquarters in Jablonec nad Nisou.

What is the ideal candidate?

  • You have a high school or university degree, ideally in Marketing.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a marketing role (preferably in a technical environment) or have relevant experience in another area with a technical focus.
  • You are organised, prioritise and follow through on projects.
  • Experience in marketing strategy development and budget management an advantage.
  • Knowledge of working with graphic tools (e.g. Canva) an advantage.
  • You are interested in technology and new technologies.
  • You speak and write English without any problems.
  • You have excellent Czech and a flair for language.
  • You are familiar with online marketing tools and analytics.
  • You're not afraid to communicate, to assert your opinion and you have patience - because it can be difficult to explain the importance of a good LinkedIn photo to technical colleagues. :)

We are currently building a storage system from second-life batteries for a client.We are delivering it turnkey, including the software.

1. Get in touch with the developers, get to know the mechanical part and find out what we need to control, what parameters to monitor or what to display on the UI screen

2. Design the application from A to Z, including security notifications,error conditions...

3. Program the application and be with the project from start to handover.You will participate in testing and client meetings. The application will literally be "your baby".

Short telephone conversation

We will meet you right here in our Toy Shop to talk about you and the position you are applying for over coffee. If we sit down, in the second round we will go directly to your future workplace where you will be able to look around and meet your future colleagues.
